Meet Chef Corey Glover. Born and raised in South Carolina where soul food is the staple cuisine and having family gatherings with lots of laughs and creating memories at the table was a Sunday tradition at his grandmothers. There his fling for cooking was ignited, as he learned how to make homemade biscuits, roux, fry and roast chicken from one of the best in the kitchen; his grandmother. His culinary curiosity and passion for cooking was later influenced through his travels.
Ultimately, showcasing his eclectic style of cooking and giving his clients an experience that provokes the mind, entice the palate all while elegantly and artfully plating. His knack for searching for the freshest ingredients, researching and developing dishes for his guest to enjoy and create memories with family and friends at the table have driven him into becoming an impressive creator of fine dishes.
